Kentucky Lake Subdivision - Kentucky Lake Subdivision is situated on beautiful Kentucky Lake just outside of Benton, KY in Marshall County, KY.  Spanning approximately 160,000 acres with about 2,300 miles of shoreline, Kentucky Lake offers an expansive waterfront.  Kentucky Lake Subdivision is widely considered a premium community on Kentucky Lake and is also a deed protected community.  

Kentucky Lake Subdivision Property Owners Association, Inc was incorporated on July 2, 1999.

Kentucky Lake Subdivision Property Owners Association (KLSPOA) website Access - If you’re a property owner visiting www.klspoa.com for the first time, you’ll need to register to access all the features available on the Kentucky Lake Subdivision Property Owners community portal.  KLSPAO members can explore a wide range of helpful information, including enhanced access to governing documents, amenities, board members and association members.
